PERK TV FARM

Perk TV is a mobile app that you can download for iOS and Anroid. You get paid in points that are redeemable for gift cards just for simply having clips running on the app. The clips include app trailers and movie trailers. By watching the clips you receive points. You get 4 points for every 2 videos you watch. Every 1000 points = $1.  You can redeem these points in the form of giftcards, cash out through paypal, or convert them into bitcoins via coinbase. You can make an average of $1.50 per day per phone. I have five phones set up, which gives me $225 a month. As a college student, this is a great side income. Follow below how to get started.

 

Step One: Sign Up

 

Sign up for Perk TV.

 

 

Step Two: Purchase Phones

 

Look around the house for any old smart phones or ask your friends if they have any laying around. If you do need to buy some, check out my Top Phones page.  Currently, the requirements are Android 4.0 or higher. I reccommend getting the LG Fuel from Walmart. This phone rarely lags for the price being only $20. If you want a phone that you never have to reboot, I reccommend the Moto G. 

 

 

Step Three: Prep the Phones

 

To maximize earning potential on your phones you will want the following applications:

• Perk TV - The application

• Always On - Keeps the screen on

• Screen Filter - Dims the screen to save electricity

 

Optional: Some power users will increase performance by rooting their phone. Rooting allows for the user to have administrative rights on their Android device. When a user roots their device and flashes a custom recovery, they can then install custom ROMs, which will allow them to increase battery life, upgrade to newer version of Android, and remove bloatware. Step Four: Setup

 

Plug your devices into a multi-port usb wall charger or a surge protector.  Perk TV gives you the option to play app trailers, movie trailers, and popular vidoes. Begin with the app trailers because you receive points faster. Turn on low bandwith in the menu.

 

 

 

Step Five: Maintenance

Step Six: Earn and Redeem

 

Once you have 25000 points, download the Perk Wallet app. $25 and up they give discounts on the gift cards. So a $25 gift card, which would originally be 25000 points will be 24250 points through the Perk Wallet. $50 is normally 50000 points, but now its 48500, so you save 1500 points.

Update:
 

The most recent version of Perk TV has a popup that comes up every 2 hours if you dont interact with the phone. The older versions just run non-stop. Android phones can sideload the old apk without a problem, but iPhones will need to be jailbroken first to instal the old version.
